noleah (who plays Duststar) can't get online, so I guess it's just me with the deputy, and anyone else who plays a MireClan character can also join.
Ratbite looked around the camp and sighed, thinking of the many problems facing MireClan. She would have gone to Duststar to discuss some of them, but he seemed to be gone at at the moment, hunting or something.
First, from what she had heard, BreezeClan seemed to be very unstable, and unstable, unpredictable clans were never a good thing. Then that prophecy from StarClan had come, warning them to go find their "secret weapon"... which had turned out to be a puppy and was now her apprentice. Whatever great danger Wildpaw was supposed to protect MireClan from, Ratbite hoped that it would not be for a long time, until the puppy had gotten to reach her full-size. She definitely would not be much help in a battle right now. And the sunhigh border patrol had come back just a little while ago with the news that some loners had been rolling in MireClan scent marks and then had run right into the border patrol before escaping into the outlands.
She stood up from where she sat at the entrance of the leader's den looking out at the camp, and crossed it to the main entrance, which she was just about to go through and look for Duststar when she heard a cat approaching. Its gait was uneven, and, alarmed, she caught a powerful scent of blood. ThornClan blood.
MireClan leader and deputy, sitting and talking about the omens and the puppy. (and after that, in the same thread, this happens) ThornClan leader wakes up, has eight lives left now. He can't risk going back to his camp so, weak and injured, he heads to the nearest refuge -- MireClan. He tells them what happened to him, and they are very shocked and surprised, although they can't risk a full-out attack, now that ThornClan has been made more numerous and even more of a formidable fighting force by the addition of ClawClan. They plot to attack ThornClan and throw out ClawClan soon, and let the ThornClan leader stay with them temporarily.
